In today’s ever-changing world it’s essential to prepare for a future with you at the centre. New ways of working can offer more flexibility and choice but also less job security and less support to develop your career.
You have reached a point where you know you need to make decisions and changes. You want to make positive changes but your concerns and circumstances are holding you back. Perhaps you want a job that offers meaning but you’re only able to work during school hours or perhaps you want to get away from your micro-managing boss but you’re worried you don’t have the skills to find something better. You want to get unstuck.

It’s all about you. We’ll focus on your ‘story’. This starts with your free 15 minute consultation and continues every step of the way. It’s not about judging or telling you what to do. Instead I listen and help you reflect on your situation with clarity and purpose. Together we then get to the heart of your work issue, identify goals and create a plan of action to make working life work for you.
Working with a member of The Career Development Association of NZ ensures a professional service tailored to NZ’s employment conditions.
As a licensed practitioner for Career Intelligence and Career Planet assessments I also offer the option of an online career assessment with a full report and debrief to help you find your best-fit role.
